Life Lament

Well.. I've always aspired to be an opera singer while in my teens. But life has a funny way of turning out. I was recently let go of my previous job, somehow the economic crisis reached them to? It was just a small take away shop. Are people just using the economic crisis as an excuse?

I always hear depressing news reports of workers being sacked. What are their families going through now? How did this thing even start! Where does it all end up?

I just wish there was a clear definant future for me and my daughter. I am always worried.

Its almost feels like I'm writing in my diary!

Oh well if you've read this, then thank you :)

  1. Hi CoeliacWitch, I wanted to stop in and say thanks for visiting my blog. To find that I'm the first one you chose to follow is a real treat.

I've got a friend who recently got diagnosed with celiacs disease. Our church is now keeping a supply of gluten free wafers for her to take communion with.

Life is indeed hard. I was so blessed to get a temporary job with the US Census. I'm going to post about that soon. Don't know if that will help with job searching because I don't know if you are in the US, Australia, or someplace else. Hope things go well for you!

    Peace! & Hope!

  2. Dear Lady,
The Count is sorry but he's not aware of coeliac disease. Can you enlighten him. He has Crohn's disease but it has been in remission for a number of years by following a strict diet. But yes, look in to your daughter's eyes and you will find purpose and meaning enough for your life. There is your courage, your love and even reason to laugh. The Count is older than dirt and has see much of life and the world, so take his word.
